One evening a month at or in front of our PEAKS coworking office, with no programme and no agenda beyond the people who turn up.
What is it for?
An easy way into the local AI safety scene, whether you already work in it or are just starting to look. The ZAIS team is there for the evening, so you can ask the questions you actually have: what we run and how to join it, how you can get involved, or how to interpret recent news. There is no talk to sit through and no agenda beyond the people in the room.
Who is it for?
Anyone who has a genuine interest in AI Safety. The room is usually a mix of people already doing AI safety research or working at the labs, and people who read something a while ago and have been meaning to find out more. Most come alone.
